1. Service Description

VisionSpark Solutions provides done-for-you social media management services for small businesses. We create, schedule, and publish content on your behalf across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

2. Billing & Cancellation

Services are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription ends at the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

3. Content Approval

All content is presented for your approval before publishing. If you do not approve content, nothing will be published. You retain full editorial control over your social media presence.

4. Intellectual Property

Content created for you becomes your property upon approval and payment. We retain the right to use anonymized examples for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

VisionSpark Solutions is not liable for any business outcomes resulting from social media management. We do not guarantee specific engagement metrics or follower growth.
